Nothing against these 3 individuals, but who even needed to read this to find out it was going to be 3 males who were hired as Senior VP’s…yawn. Get with it insurance industry. This isn’t the days of the coffee houses over in the UK anymore. Unfortunately this particular industry hasn’t made much progress since that time in terms of equality it appears.
Perfectly reasonable point. Although I happen to know Will Bell is an exceptionally competent and professional underwriter and manager. Liberty was lucky to get him.
Nothing drives me crazier as a woman than folks focusing on the gender of people hired for a job. Never mind their qualifications or whether a woman even wanted or tried for these positions (or what other women are in higher positions within this large organization). The insanity and whining continues in this world.
