Here is a radical proposal: Why don’t we compare the salaries of EEOC busybodies who provide all these valuable “services” to the salaries of private sector employees doing “substantially the same job”? Make sure we include all the generous benefit packages these “essential” federal employees also enjoy.

I need to stop being such a well-informed citizen. I’m going to get ulcers from this insane administration. The government has NO BUSINESS in foraging through private sector data like this. The only thing that will happen is that the Obama administration will use this data against businesses nationwide in anyway they can to spread their liberal puke. This is ALL a minimum wage pay assault, and I will bet my house that if this egregious overreach is allowed to occur, they will use this data to threaten businesses with penalties if fairytale “wage gaps” are not corrected.

I can’t believe the lunatics are running the asylum. I just can’t believe it’s gotten to this point.

what about if the employer knows that someone is disabled having to disclose that too, not just sex, race, etc. Someone that is disabled may be getting screwed regarding pay or the other way.
