“The U.S. Supreme Court’s unexpected move to block President Barack Obama’s policy”

Unexpected? Really? from what planet is the writer from? This and many other Obama administration policies was a clear over-reach. Unexpected? Only to those drinking the Kool-Aid.

Dave, clearly the Progressives go into shock when anyone challenges their goofy ideas on Climate Change. The President said that Climate Change was the most serious national security threat that the nation faces. Gee, I wonder why he didn’t negotiate a better deal with China on emissions. He agreed to reduce emissions by 25% by 2020 and China doesn’t even have to start curbing until 2030 assuming they ever do.

Why not more court action over OBamas pet projects? Seems only group OBama favors is the lawyers….

Why wouldn’t he favor them FFA? They were some of his heaviest contributors in both of his elections. 1,000 lawyers at the bottom of the ocean is a good start.

The term ‘unexpected’ assigned to the SCOTUS’ action in this matter is based upon a false premise that the EPA had authority to do what it tried to do.

When it rains after the weatherman forecasts no rain, is the actual rain or the weatherman’s forecast wrong?

The left will say that weather forecasts are good and an exact science which is baloney unless you are forecasting snow to fall in Buffalo, then it may be right. Every thunderstorm that happens is man’s fault. If it is one degree hotter on the equator, that is man’s fault as well. Meanwhile, we have record cold in the north of this country, snowing, ice and the polar caps are getting thicker.

NOBODY has EVER argued ANY weather forecast is an exact science. That’s why they always say there is a “____ percent chance” of something happening.

As for your ignorance on long-term climate versus short-term local weather patterns, I won’t hold my breath that you’ll ever understand those terms mean something completely different.

Just like you don’t understand that the polar ice caps are actually shrinking because you’re only looking at what’s happening on one pole of the planet and are ignoring the other.

I know Rosenblatt has tried getting this across to you before, but let’s try again.

If arctic ice increases by 10 units and antarctic ice decreases by 100 units, overall – across the entire planet – would you say polar ice is increasing or decreasing?

If your answer is anything besides “polar ice caps would have decreased by 90 units across the planet” then you have successfully failed remedial math.

My analogy has led people astray on the issue of the EPA’s right to do what it did was ASSUMED proper and presumed validity of the ‘forecast’ is what caused surprise to the author of the article.

Let’s try to stay on topic. Otherwise, I’m gonna go out and measure ice thickness on the icebergs I use for my daily commutes, and report back here the sad truth that liberals will not like! ;)

That’s correct again Agent. Why should you listen to the clearly biased 98% of the National Academy of Science members who have all included that evidence for anthropogenic climate change is solid? Clearly – you know better, right? Isn’t a high school physics class all anyone really needs to know to sort out this issue? It’s just a matter of “common sense,” – right?

mr, we have all heard that nonsense from the disgraced climate scientists for several years now. It is anything but solid. You bet I know better. It ain’t happening. Obama said Climate Change is the nation’s biggest security threat. I bet you believe that nonsense as well. Perhaps he should attend more security briefings from the Joint Chiefs.

You’re saying that the overwhelming majority – 98% – of the National Academy are “Disgraced climate scientists”? Do you have any sense at all of who these people are? You are willing to simply write off science because you find the conclusions of the best scientists in the country inconvenient or inconsistent with your preconceptions.

This is a truly sad commentary and compelling evidence that in the U.S., high school graduates are scientifically illiterate.

Mr, you must lead a sad life believing the Climate Change nonsense. I bet you even believed Al Gore who famously said the polar caps would all be gone by 2014. He won a Nobel for that. What does that say about the Nobel prize? Meanwhile, the poles keep getting thicker and we are into the predicted Global Cooling phase. La Nina is following El Nino because the Pacific ocean is cooling. How about that?

How come it’s called the “Clean Power Plan” instead of the “Jobs Destruction plan?”

The question is rhetorical. We know why. Look how many railroad jobs have been lost because of Obama’s job destruction plans. If Goebbel’s were alive, he would be proud of the left and today’s media.

Do you know how to tell if your local newspaper is in financial trouble?
You look at the weather section and it says “look out your window”.

FFA, do you know how to tell that Hilliary is in trouble? Google her barking like a dog to her adoring fans. Was she having her Howard Dean moment? He didn’t last long after that in the race and looked much like someone in need of a padded cell.
