    how about SOMEONE TO CONTACT in management , actual contact information when problems are NOT RESOLVED in member services, there is never a manager avail.. nobody ever calls you back after EIGHT OR MORE LONG DAYS and you are B.S’d to death.. a company with no list of corporate phone numbers or contact information other than member services WHO DOES NOTHING. found an informal number for NY got a corp. guy in finance, would not put me thru to anyone in charge, did not grasp how to find the errors on their own website after telling me at least ten times. how about a person to call A MANAGER in which to get resolutions when all else fails.. incorrect medical history on claims and nobody cares…. reps who PROMISE to escalate the matter have a manager call and THEY Never DO.. disgraceful,. I am going to start writing letters to the state, everyone I think appropriate until this is resolved. I am fed up and it should not be my full time job nor do I want to be spoken to in a condescending way as if I should not be upset there is complete incorrect info. on my medical history of claims
