Allied World Assurance Company Holdings, AG has added product recall insurance products for the U.S. and Canada through its Global Crisis Management Division. The product recall insurance offers both first party and third party coverage and it allows clients to mitigate the risk of recall expenses, adverse publicity and damage to brand reputation, business interruption costs and insureds’ defense costs.
Tom Mangan, vice president, Product Recall, is an industry veteran with over 30 years of insurance experience. He will lead the product recall underwriting team and serve Canada and the United States from Allied World’s New York office.
