    That’s too bad. Making the plaintiffs and their lawyers liable for the defendants legal fees would sure cut down on the number of ‘fishing expedition’ lawsuits, frivolous or not. Make the trial lawyers responsible for those costs……you’ll see lawsuits falling to the side every day.

      Exactly! This is one area the Europeans have figured out — loser pays. Why should Zeppelin have to pay over $800,000 in fees when they WON the case? The plaintiff and/or the lawyer who filed the case should have to pay them back. The winner should be made whole.

    Would love to see them tour with Jason Bonham on the kit to pay off the $800k though.

      Would be sweet, but ain’t gonna happen. Page and Jones are for it, and Jason Bonham would definitely do it, but Plant can’t be convinced. Damn shame.
