Probably a better L/R than regular Homeowners, but the retention rate may be in the toilet because these people are not very loyal and will fall for a line to save $10 per year.

Very Simple line of coverage which should be sold on internet. What is average premium $300 (if you can keep it for more than 6 months).

Perhaps they read the recent article in Property Casualty 360 that 70% of all Millennials who rent do not buy Renters Insurance. They don’t see the risk or the need. Good luck to them to make a living in this business selling policies for $150 each. I hope Millennials will take advantage of it.

By the way, Independent Agents can quote and bind online as well and can make the experience easy for anyone to buy for their protection needs.
