      It’s already happening with millennials. Go to a nightclub and everyone is on their phone and no one is talking….. They would rather order everything via internet then to actually go into store or office and talk to someone.

    Don’t get fooled by the Safeco find an agent application. Liberty Mutual would like nothing more than to use technology to eliminate all agents. They should just spin off Safeco rather than continue this duplicity.
