    They are being nice calling these people Gen Y. We know them as Millenials. By the way, why do 70% of these Gen Y/Millennials not buy Renters insurance when they rent? They must be missing some brain cells.

      They do when their parents call for them, get the quotes for them, get the applications set up and emailed for them, then finally pay the premium for them. THEN they get renters insurance.
