What are these rates for? I am a general carpenter in NH and am paying 18.75% (this is down from the mid 20’s) and I have no claims.I think a roofer pays close to 100%. I don’t think I can even get office help covered for 3%.
This information is very misleading and was quoted by a construction magazine as these would be the rates charged for builders.
