I believe the arbitration clause is only enforceable for customer-approved/opened accounts… not a blanket clause that is enforceable across company-initiated fraud. Anyone shed some light on the suit and/or arbitration clause stance WF is taking?

“…saying they agreed to resolve any disputes in arbitration when they began doing business with the bank.”

Yes because according to Well’s Fargo, fraud is just a “dispute” and part of “doing business with the bank”.
