    Sometimes the federal gov’t steps too far. They have to pay this guy 6 years of back salary and give him a job because OSHA feels his whistleblowing MAY have been a factor in his getting fired. However, this person could not find another job since 2010? Hmmmm….

      I think you misread, it says he was unable to find work in banking, not that he couldn’t find work anywhere.

    Might just be me but….If I was given 5.4 Million dollars I don’t think I would want the job back.

      Why would he want to go back and be around those people again? Better get the money in the bank first and then hit the road.

        They don’t say how much is going back to him. We all know attorney fees will take the bulk of that. Plus I could see other banks being cautious on hiring him when you put the reason you left your last job as, Whistle blower costing company millions and millions of dollars. Reason to hire me: Hard working and very honest. So honest it cost me my last job.
