That’s bizarre. I just went back to the article and there was more information showing. Maybe the article did not fully load into my computer when I first read it.
The 2% decrease for WC in the bar chart contradicts the text in paragraph 2, which said WC rates were one of a few lines with flat rates.
Which is correct for WC?
