GM is a deplorable company to say the least. This company, with the help of the Obama administration swindled their way past traditional corp. bankruptcy laws to abscond with Mom and Pop retirement money by reneging on preferred shares and debt. Then, against all laws established, they obtained a right to toss in all their environmental liabilities, leaving this tab on taxpayers. Now, they are this desperate to try and use their bankruptcy filing to do away with these ignition claims. These GM people are simply hogs in the sty of corporate greed.
