Bush and Clinton were the ‘money winners’. Their supporters were big time losers.

This article fails to mention the ‘money’ given to politicians via free air time given to them, whether Dem or Republican, by the news media. The stories of significance, or trivial reports on a candidate, are essentially campaign ads, regardless of what is discussed.

While I agree that media time does count in some respects as political support (hard to quantify in dollars) I don’t think that it is relevant to this specific article.

Insurance companies aren’t exactly in the position to provide people airtime which means that this list of candidates by insurance industry donation wouldn’t really change.

Wow, Ron’s candidate Johnson (What is Aleppo) got $16,000. Must have been going door to door with a bucket in his hands.

Polar, perhaps good old Jeb took some of that PAC money in his quest to buy the Florida Marlins baseball team. He wants to follow in his brothers footsteps. Don’t think we will see him on the national political stage again. He is a loser extraordinaire.
