While there are merits on both sides of the arbitration clause and forced acceptance of arbitration issues, there is NO DOUBT that the CFPB has potential for corruption and needs to be greatly reformed. Hooray for the TrumPresident Administration for addressing all of these issues so soon in TrumPresident’s first term.

I’m still not getting tired of winning.

They say there is a new term. Instead of draining the swamp, he is now about draining the sewer.

How many of you have been a party to a class action lawsuit? Everyone I’ll bet. What do you end up getting, a $5 coupon, or a couple of dollar refund? Nothing of substance, but the lawyers rake in millions and millions. For consumers, though, these are losing propositions in my experience. Only the lawyers benefit.

Who is surprised that the Republicans sided with big banks over individual Americans? Not me.

Straw Man Argument. There is no ‘siding’ occurring here; go back and read the article in entirety, then comment on the substantive changes.

No sewer or swamp draining by the DUCK or the Chamber of Commerce. As usual, the consumer loses with these people. One try with forced arbitration will tell anyone the system is rigged against the individual. Why is it so necessary to kill individual or collective rights? Greed and control are the answers. Mostly, greed.

I’m still not tired of winning, and neither are Gov. Walker and ‘Sconnies’.
