I am reminded of a relatively recent movie with a corporate villain who made chips for most of the modern world, with a logo like a Japanese gate, and the chips purposefully contained a ‘secret’ flaw that would have enabled the corporation to access any data it wanted at any time.

Too busy watching snow coverage on TV to google the name of the movie.

This kind of thing is why am not yet 100% on board with self-driving cars. I’m still concerned about hackers taking over while I am reading IJ on my tablet and not looking at the road…

CL, all it takes is one sensor failing at the wrong time and you are toast. I am not willing to take that chance.
