Will the liability insurance cover damage to infants in the womb who are exposed to THC by mothers who consumer cannabis products? Or will those mothers have to sign a waiver?

How about people who crash cars while high and kill other people? Covered if the retailer sells it to someone who kills someone? A variation on Liquor Liability coverage?

How about people who develop mental illness or addition from using the product? Are warnings required on every pack of doobies?

C’mon all you Down voters! These are legitimate questions.

If the insurance doesn’t protect pot retailers from all kinds of lawsuits, they could go out of business.

      Which side are you on?

“Will the liability insurance cover damage to infants in the womb who are exposed to THC by mothers who consumer cannabis products? Or will those mothers have to sign a waiver?” – How does the tobacco, liquor, and pharmaceutical industries respond?

“How about people who crash cars while high and kill other people? Covered if the retailer sells it to someone who kills someone? A variation on Liquor Liability coverage?” – How does the tobacco, liquor, and pharmaceutical industries respond?

“How about people who develop mental illness or addition from using the product? Are warnings required on every pack of doobies?” – How does the tobacco, liquor, and pharmaceutical industries respond? Oh, and they aren’t buying “packs of doobies”. Perhaps some education would be good before you rattle off personal rant questions. Perhaps.
