Man, that’s a whole lot of scary stuff crammed into one article.

But tell me one thing. The NY Times reported recently that the number one cause of man-made Climate world-wide is air conditioning.

Have you given up air conditioning? Not me, but I am not a big Climate Zealot. I tend to think journalists only print scary articles on Climate Change and never any good news.

Like the article in the science research journal Nature earlier this year that pointed out that projected worst-case projections for rising oceans appear to be off. Now, the worst-case
scenario appears to be 50% LESS than what we were told before. Oops.

But hey, printing good news doesn’t fit the Agenda now does it. So turn off your air conditioning NOW!

What use do you have for AC in San Diego?

What use do you have for a PC if your only comments are negative, TDS, obstructionist trolling?

Got anything to say to REFUTE the most recent findings published in Nature (Journal) this year here on Insurance Journal?

Cut the Bias – it depends on where you live in “San Diego.” If you are within 2-3 miles of coast, AC is not often necessary. If you live 15 miles inland, it is pretty flippin hot.

Your comment about the NY Times article is taken out of context. But, like you stated “printing good news doesn’t fit the Agenda now does it.”

I am all about truth and honesty, which makes me hated by most people. So tell me, how was my statement out of context? The article made clear that the number one man-caused contribution to Climate Change was the use of air conditioning. Please clarify.

Icebergs on which I float south need no AC. So, don’t blame me for GW.

LOL, you are obviously joking, but the fact remains: preventing forest fires exacerbates the fires when they actually happen. Many of the worst burns in state history have been in recent years. This is in part due to record droughts, increased heat and time between drenching rainfalls, but also because underbrush and thicket is no longer cleared by nature as it used to be: by lightning strikes and lantern’s kicked over by Mrs. O’Leary’s cow. ;)

Managing forests with controlled burns is first thing you learn in Dendrology….
GWB said to do it and the media made fun of him……..
