Guess what Evan you are no Hank, what an arrogant thing to say and just shows having a famous last name is more valuable than actual skills or experience on the front lines of underwriting.
How disgusting for the top bloke at ACE/Chubb to make such a comment about a trusted, valued and icon of the insurance industry. Let’s hope that Evan is chastised by the Board in no uncertain terms. Perhaps he should be removed from his position. Mike
Sorry experts. I kind of like Greenburg’s style. Knowing what something’s worth and not afraid to say it. Naw, I’m not really sorry. You deserved that.
Evan in right. Reaching out to local market is the best approach. I admire a leader who challenges the status quote. London can continue to do what it has been doing in the past 300 years and they will become another Venice….
Brokers will simply move business away from the local market that is charging the higher rates Chubb seeks, and move it to the more competitive Lloyd’s market. Anyone fancy a drink?

The headline is misleading to the actual quote. Do better.
I’d like to smoke what Evan is puffing on these days!
The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.

what about drug users? Hmmm?
Wanna work over the pond for some nice British insurance blokes. And they’re not allowed to drink at all during any work hours Evan!

Get your own underwriters to show some restraint before condemning others.
