I have worked for FEMA as an inspector for 15 years. If you are not one of the co favorites you work only when a walking zoombie would do . I have never turned down an assignment, show up in required time, am at top of pay and have my own computer, only had one complaint that was found to be false and my scores are all good I could go on. Point is that is why you have trouble getting good workers that are loyal. I know many good inspectors who would work under any circumstances if they were treated equally.
This is not a complaint merely an observation from many years of putting up with this. We loose interest.
    Thanks

FEMA is another of our bloated giant bureaucracies which doesn’t work very well during emergencies.

Your job has been automated. Now the system just checks for English proficiency and then responds according to trump.
