    Senator Grassley,
How can we possibly confirm any nominee for Treasonous Tramp who is under an ongoing criminal investigation? I think we’ll need to let the investigation come to a conclusion before we can consider any of the names he supports.

Perhaps you are from a foreign country, but in America individuals are innocent until proven guilty. Worse yet, in this case it’s political. However let me ask you, it’s already been determined that Hillary illegally used her personal email to conduct official government business, I take it you have no issue with this, correct?

        Agency,
I have issues with Hillary, Treasonous Tramp, and all in his administration who have been proven to have used a private email server for government business. They shouldn’t be permitted to do that and it presents serious security risks.

All the more reason why we need to let the investigation conclude before allowing the justice to be selected because there is uncertainty. Should he be found to be guilty, that would make his presidency and all the actions surrounding it illegitimate. That would be a huge mess to clean up! The fact he won’t acknowledge a foreign attack on this country speaks volumes about who we have here in the Oval Office. That is, when he’s not in the residency watching Fox and Friends and talking to Hannity on the phone. Which is a majority of his time.

Simple distinction; the POTUS nominates, and the Senate confirms, the nominee.

Ex-POTUS Obama nominated ‘No-Merit’ Merick Garland in an ELECTION year. The Senate has elections every other year. Following your FAKE rule, the time to nominate and confirm a SCOTUS nominee would decrease by 1/3 from 3 years to 2 years every four years. It would also violate the US Constitution, not that you understand why, probably never having read it and understood it. Finally, would a SCOTUS nomination be suspended if a Senator dies or resigns in a non-election year if his/ her vote tips the balance of power?

Liberals like to make up rules to fit their agenda. But they rarely meet sensibility, logic, and legal standards.

Senator McConnell created the FAKE rule, not Reality101.

The Senate has just as much influence on the nominee as the POTUS. Either we wait for an election to allow the people to decide who of influence impacts the SCOTUS or we don’t.

For the record, I believe they should have allowed Merrick to go through the confirmation process, as they should allow Kavanaugh now. The POTUS is elected for 4 years, not 3, and Senators are elected for 6 years, not 5.

      Dear Platitude:

Kavanuagh is a fine nominee, whose credentials are distinct and separate from the person who nominated him. To associate him with another person in deed and thought is a false equivalence, regardless of the investigation’s outcome. Further, you assume a specific result from an ongoing investigation, leading to a flawed argument to dismiss the nominee from consideration, which sharply contrasts with known facts about the nominees experience and qualifications that are beyond reproach.

If you sincerely believe a person is guilty until proven innocent, and you currently reside in the US as a citizen or ILLEGAL ALIEN TRESPASSER or paid / unpaid/ underpaid worker for George Soros, you’re living in the wrong country.

Chuckie Schumer has publicly stated that Kavanaugh will not be for the little guy and always be for the big corporations. As stated above, he should not be for or against either. He should be for the truth and the law. As opposed to Chuckie who want a biased justice to fill the court.

This is new, ANTIFA being one component, 94% or higher bad news coverage, accusations of Treasonous Tramp…Etc.

You’re basically the epitome of Trump derangement syndrome.

With Obama there were some crazies on the right, not nearly as many or as educated as on the left. College educated kids are joining in on this as well as their teachers. It was simply idiots on the left.

@Rosenbrat: your ‘optics’ are monocular; i.e. despite claiming to be open-minded and a political independent, you have a one-sided view of reality. Agent just pointed that out by stating Kavanugh’s PAST support for the unfortunate poor hungry people living in inner cities. Did your sources of info, e.g. Fake News CNN, Wiki, NPR, etc. not report that fact?

If he was doing that BEFORE he became the nominee, I would commend him for his selfless act(s).

            Is that open-mindedness better?

      Ahahaha!

Ahh, you think that means anything in politics? When Jesus said to rich people “Sure, you want to follow me? Go sell all your stuff first and give it to the poor first…whoa, where did that guy go?” When early Christians lived in early communist communes (They shared everything and had no possessions among them. no rich or poor)?? When Jesus said “Love One Another” and then people like you said, “What about Democrats, drug users, and gays?” and he said, “Did I stutter?”

Do you really think for a second Jesus would come down to Earth and see Republicans worshipping only two things (Guns and money) and think, “You know what, who needs Faith in God? Money is way better and an obvious indicator of people’s personal worth!”

Get a clue and get a life.

We can read the tape. There isn’t a single thing that the traitor in the oval office can do to lose your support. If you lived in Alabama, I guarantee you would have voted for a the racist pedophile judge Roy Moore because he likes to hold shiny guns and talk about how the last time America was great was when black people were considered property (his sentiment, not mine). How Christian of you.

“Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.”

Love the Lord and Love thy neighbor. Yep, that means the tattooed, pot-smoking gay transgender latino teenager with 4 kids out of wedlock.

Mueller’s coming folks. Bite down on the wooden spoon, this may get rough for some of y’all and all the Russian interference, trolls, gerrymandered districts, and misinformation campaigns won’t stop what comes next.

      Hey Cut,
Agent doesn’t believe in Jesus Christ. He believes in Supply Side Jesus:

I’m guessing this is the same Jesus nominee Kavanaugh believes in.

I am SO sick of the rightys thinking only they can read the Constitution. They think that if they repeat the Constitution mantra over and over, they will have ownership of it…similar to the orange appeaser who repeats the Big Lie over and over and his acolytes swoon. Guess what…yoru Supreme Court hero, the dead Scalia and his coworkers wrought havoc on us with their citizens united decision. Seems like they conveniently forgot about the words natural citizen…i.e., a human, not a corporation when granting free speech, i.e., money, honey, to legal entities rather than human ones. They also forgot about the words “well regulated militia” when they claimed any individual has the right to carry any kind of gun. with any kind of ammunition. These two decisions have ruined our democracy by allowing rich people of any persuasion to buy our representatives. Do you think the populace agrees with the right wing agenda? sorry, the majority of the population doesn’t so thank your rich right wing friends the Kochs for buying the state houses and buying the elections…or at least those which the russians don’t twist. Thank the NRA for turning thid country into Dodge City by lying that the vaunted Constitution says any idiot can get and carry a gun…our country has become a shooting gallery of mass murders. When do you people open your eyes and see how little by little our true freedoms are being taken away? Or is it that you simply don’t read that they supported large company arbotration contracts that employees have to sign? There goes right of suit. Or that religious charter schools get tax money through the voucher system? There goes my freedom from religion. Or that “free loaders” don’t have to pay anything to unions who negotiate on their behalf? OOOOPS…another weakening of the working class who only have numbers with which to fight dollars. Remember the saying…”first they came for…and then they came for me.” Just open your eyes and think instead of letting your prejudices blind you. Yes, it IS class war…and it is being waged against the majority of us.

The nominee is a good ol’ WASP that belongs (i.e. is owned by) The Federalists Society. They have and will always protect one group and one group only….white men and their minions who love to spout, “MAGA!” They protect the evangelical repubs (the group that talks a lot about Jesus, but does exactly the opposite of what he did). They protect their money and their own agendas.

The Federalist Society, white men’s last great hope. Right, Agent?
