Pay attention, this is another example of killing the goose that is laying the golden egg. And people will wonder why automation will replace people.

Will this hasten the kiosk to order and pay for food and the Robots to bring it out? Hey, they don’t ask for raises for menial work.

I realize many of these say they aren’t franchises but since they exercise control over who can access their systems and at Allstate, who can work at the agency.

Could an adverse decision then impact the independent agents? What responsibility would companies have to the employees of the agency that is contracted?

This overreach has the potential to be a really big deal.

simply SJW socialist BS. “If you have money you are obligated to give it to me for…reasons.” Seriously, if this BS stands, goodbye franchises, which means fewer small, minority-owned businesses and more mega-corporations. Which means less upward mobility for the lower-middle class, for minorities, for legal immigrants, etc. They are sacrificing opportunities in pursuit of free money. It’s disgusting.
