I am all for finding the best person for the job. They should adopt procedures to rid all workplaces of all types of harassment. Diversity is fine. HR departments should be strong and independent of the owners and upper management. Not sure why you need general counsel on site.
What I do not like is for someone to tell business owners that they have to hire more females or more of a certain race. It’s time to change the phrase “Best man for the job” to “Best person for the job” but don’t force us to hire the next best person for the job.

Since liberals now believe that gender is fluid, will a 70% male person qualify as a 30% female hire? Can we meet the quota by hiring equal percentages of each gender (ignoring the complications with the other 71 genders)?

Jack- liberals would say you hate women. I personally think the NBA should be 50% white based on workplace policies. But someone told me once that white men can’t jump. Is that true?

      I’m sure you’d like it to be 100% white…

            My problems:
            1. Millionaires showing lack of gratitude to the country that made it all possible.
            2. Strategic idiocy. Trying to gain support for your cause by insulting the people you are asking to support you. SMART!

Your problems don’t have anything to do with the real reason athletes are taking a knee during the anthem.

Tell me the “real reasons” Rosenblatt. I thought they were protesting police brutality against blacks and social injustice (which means whatever you want it to mean).

    Clue me in.

The “National Anthem protest” is a misnomer used to make the athletes sound “unpatriotic.” They are protesting policy brutality against blacks. Its politicians that turned it around.

Politicians piled on long after the protests started. When the “national anthem protests” started, millions of regular Americans were immediately ticked off.

Protest in the end zone. Protest in your interviews. Don’t crap on the flag.
Brain dead (look at how little was accomplished. Who could have guessed that?)

Then the politicians saw an opening. As usual.
