So insurance companies are a “major contributor to climate change”. I would guess the next step is to blame insurance companies for road congestion & road rage since they insure cars? I am sure insurers are either invested in or insure the tobacco industry, gun industry, chemical industry, and voting machine manufacturing industry. At least I now know who to blame for everything.

With over half a trillion invested in fossil fuels and as the industry without which very little project finance would be possible yes, they are major contributors. Many large global insurers have recognized this and are moving away from the fossil fuel sector — among global insurers it’s only U.S. insurers which have their head in the sand.

“Carbon” copy? I see what you did there…

Surprised they didn’t get Mayhem to show up as causing climate change.

5 knuckleheads getting nationwide media attention because they are spouting the usual PC nonsense. And you just know these clowns know nothing about Climate Change.

Imagine if 5 people advocated helping the 19% of people in California who are poor by lowering the outrageous gas and energy prices, which are much higher than the rest of the nation because of state taxes.

    Think the media would care?

Do you really believe we’re not in any way dooming the environment with our business practices, or are you just so ignored in real life you have to spend so much time spouting this nonsense here?

“Dooming the environment with our business practices . . .”

How do you sleep at night? Reality check: rich, free market based countries can afford clean environments. Poor countries are the dirtiest, most polluted countries on Earth.

Let me know when you have a viable solution to climate change, one that doesn’t “doom” us to poverty while at the same time actually working to reduce CO2 in the atmosphere.

Right, we’re working to reduce CO2 in the atmosphere, except CO2 in the atmosphere is a hoax created by lefties because climate change isn’t real. You contradict yourself.

Nope. He never contradicted himself. Clean environments, dirty environments are not ‘climate change’.

China is polluting much worse than other nations because they are poor. The US has various emission controls which reduce pollutants to reasonable levels (you can object to ‘reasonable’ if you like; your OPINION is welcome here).

China is ignoring any request to operate its factories more ‘cleanly’ in order to pull itself up from a status of a nation of poverty to one of prosperity. It is working. Take your arguments about ceasing China’s factory production by imposing emission controls directly to Xi. Let us know how that works out.

This is just incorrect. Not in the least bit true. The topic is about who produces the most waste and carbon emissions – China, US, India, and Russia..

        Dooming? Nope. Affecting significantly? Nope.

Do you really believe your hype? If so, please provide statistically credible, unbiased proof of significant effects on the Earth’s climate as a result of human actions.

I really don’t think that these jokers using actual company names and logo’s understand the copyright that they are violating. Probably don’t care. Why does everyone always assume Coal is to blame for this garbage too?

      Q: “Why does everyone assume…”
A: Brainwashing by teachers, liberal media outlets, Socialist Dem pols, and Hollyweird.

What about airplanes that spew a lot of polluted exhaust. I don’t guess they should be used any longer. I guess we will just have to go back to whale oil, candles, wood burning, & horses. Can you imagine horses during drive (ride) time crowding the streets of major cities,

The sad thing is that none of these climate change kooks will live long enough to see what fools they were/are. All victims of Al Gore. Just look at the recent article about how badly ocean temps were manipulated to prove warming. All a big scam.

    Polar is right.

“People shouldn’t be left with the impression that the errors in this paper put into doubt whether the ocean interior is warming. It clearly is wholly or mainly due to human greenhouse gas emissions”

The guy who found the math error in the study you’re saying was manipulated said that. So yes – there was a math error. But no – it doesn’t change the outcome and conclusion that the increase in the oceans are wholly or mainly due to humans. Even your “debunker of the study” admits it!!!
