    Nationwide is in serious trouble and will have a lot of trouble maintaining customer satisfaction.

    but the customer is not always right, especially if they want us to pay for something that no one else has covered.

    interesting that the article leaves customer satisfaction with the claim process out of the mix and only references “specific areas of the customer experience (such as billing and payments, digital and problem resolution)”
