We have a year after his plan was passed food stamps are down a good chunk, GDP is up a good chunk, he is doing better than Obama. This is not maintaining an Obama pattern, Obama was still increasing this number until 2013, something you left out, and the number in order to normalize still needs to come down to say 50 billion including inflation since 2006.
