This last asinine ruling tailored made for Monsanto/Bayer keeping the evidence out. I would like to see a billboard campaign . with a picture of the lab animals exposed to Glyphosate with large tumors saying this is what Monsanto/Bayer wants to hide and the judge don’t want you to know.
Then direct them to the web sites posting the truth . these billboard should be placed in key locations in the towns these court cases are being held . they should change from case to case depending on the asinine rules of each case
I will never understand Bayer’s decision to purchase Monsanto right in the middle of this dispute. The liabilities taken on are enormous.
Rulings like this make me grateful for July Nulification. Sounds like the judge was paid off.
