The problem with the piecemeal attempt to replace ACA is that individual pieces may not stand when tested, or will require lengthy court bouts. With an integrated plan to move ALL HI to the private sector, VOTERS will see that the approach is far superior to ACA or MediCare For ALL Fools Who Think It Is Free. Thus, the 2020 elections will give Conservatives the necessary votes to overturn ACA and move onto fixing the HC and HI industries via legislative support of increased competition and reduced regulatory drag on those industries.
PBR: HEALTH PLAN SPECIFICCSS will be released before the 2018 election! No, wait. It’ll be released AFTER the election. No, I meant before the end of 2017. No no, I meant AFTER Trump gets sworn in. My bad, I meant once the Republican’s have control of all three branches of government. Oops. My bad again. I meant once the Republican’s REGAIN control of all three branches of government.
I’d be willing to bet dollars-to-doughnuts that your time frame will change once the mid-terms are over.
What a clown you are. The Dems. had all 3 and the only way to pass Obamacare was by lying to the American public. That’s how “great” it was; it could only pass on lies.
And you blame Trump and the Repubs. for the situation we are in? Seriously?
But of course you do. You are a dishonest, partisan hack like Captain Kangaroo.
Here is the truth: Obamacare was a train wreck because it did nothing for costs. Hell the AMA and all the hospital associations LOVED IT. It wasn’t going to change their compensation rates at all, and it would actually increase overall income with MORE patients.
Mark my words: nothing will change until Democrats are honest about the sources of outrageous costs: doctors and hospitals. But because Dems. can’t blame a corporation like they can with pharmeceuticals or insurance companies, they keep their damn mouths shut, just like they do on E-verify, marijuana dangers, school choice, and a host of other truths..

If you were a fair minded and honest person, here is what you would acknowledge: I don’t insult people until AFTER they insult me first. Go back and look at those comments and what preceeded them.
When someone disagrees with me respectfully, I follow suit.
You see? Civility requires two dance partners. Try it for once.
The current mess is all on Obama. He lied time and time again about it (yea I know Trumps mouth yaps too). He did nothing to address the underlying factors. He had plenty of time to fix it, but he didn’t. He even rolled it out when that crapy web site with under qualified help answering the 800 pinhead line instead of relying on Licensed / Bonded / Insured / Qualified / Regulated Agents that had reliable web sites to work off of. Lose that web site and all the pin heads staffing it will naturally reduce costs. I would be very happy to resume Health Insurance sales. Also grab someone off the local unemployment line to admn it. The amount of paper Ink / Postage alone had to force an increase. . But, the govt seems to be committed to such a waste of time again. Fix it. Be done with it. Start with the web site. These manure shoots left me uncovered waiting for my Emergency Appeal for over 6 months. Which I won… Had that situation occurred pre ACA, it would have been resolved in under 30 days. It was obvious they screwed it up.
Craig – I have already posted numerous times I believe the ACA is a “super-duper failure” and admitted to the numerous lies the Dem’s and Obama told during that process. I don’t know why you felt the need to attack me on that topic.
Now riddle me this Batman — if the Republican’s couldn’t pass ANY type of ACA replacement when they held all three branches of government, why do you think they’d be able to do it with bipartisan support?
If you don’t think they can repeal/replace it with the cooperation of Democrats, they missed the only opportunity where they could’ve gotten it done when they ruled all three branches of the gov’t.

Hate to say this, but get over. Move on. Fix what is wrong including the deductibles / copays limits.
