Make them change the name:
1. It is offensive, especially if you have little kids with you while shopping.
2. Changing the name will take away their free publicity as “Reality’ states above.
If the court starts down this slippery slope does that indicate that states will no longer be allowed to control vulgarity in personalized license plates?
I have a fabulous marinated chicken recipe called Fuken chicken, (that the marinade is similar in style to a teriyaki marinade and pronounced foo ken) could be at risk in my soon to publish cookbook.
Seriously? This is more PR for a company that most folks wouldn’t have heard about.
And it’s on par with another company whose jeans and stuff are all over the world; FCUK, whose name could imply or mean a lot…
