    If you want to reduce injuries do the following. It is called common sense

    1. End all artifical surfaces. they cause, contribute and increase severity of injury and frequency.

    2. Implement a targeting rule that says if you lead with equipment then that is targeting.

    3. Limit the use if equipment.

      High Schools, College and Pro’s could just play “flag” football and limit injuries to just pulled hamstrings. Pretty sure it would lead to empty stadiums, however.
