Is there an exclusion on Tesla coverage that coverage does not apply if the Autopilot fails and causes and accident?

somewhat unrelated question here, and it’s ok if it gets deleted, but I’d like some feedback: if a BMW driver purposefully straddles two parking spaces, is it legal or at least socially acceptable to key their car? Asking for a friend.
