Ridiculous lawsuit, any mechanical device can be rigged and it is impossible for the original manufacturer to be able to foresee every single possibility. Lucky I’m not on they jury I would throw it out.

funny that there are big budget Hollywood movies that explain how to bump fire without a bump stock, and even show people doing it with pistols… but they are against guns.

This lawsuit is beyond frivolous and the attorney who filed it should be held liable for costs and disbarred for wasting the courts time. It is way past time that the plaintiff bar had financial skin in the game when they bring these stupid suits. The federal law is clear unless you can show a defect in the original guns design or manufacture you as a individual in the stream of commerce have immunity from suit.

I believe that a bump stock should be treated like an automatic weapon; you can have one but you have to have a permit to do so. The truth is that, while fully automatic fire is imposing, it’s not very accurate. In fact, from a military point of view, fully automatic weapons fire is considered to be good for slowing an enemy down, or making them take another route, but insofar as killing other soldiers it is deemed ineffective.
Sadly, if you have enough people crammed into one place like they did in Las Vegas, it was probably as bad as a bomb, but much worse in some ways.
