I vote against any CEO that sits on another board unless it is a nonprofit. We deserve their undivided attention. I also vote against any CEO or other director that does not own a substantial number of shares in the company they seek to serve on their board. I want them to own shares not stock options. If you want to serve on the board your assets need to be at risk in that company.
