I’ll add “Names and personal attacks are a sign the attacker has no other recourse but to attack the credibility of those she/ he attacks.”

What a pathetic comment. Hardly troll worthy. “Taking after Dear Leader.” I’m not even sure what you mean by that. One thing is for sure, you were the first poster here to make the story political. Just can’t help yourself can you ?
If your hero, Hillary, was sitting in the oval office, you can bet that the Clinton Foundation would have profited handsomely from any sort of graft going on in Puerto Rico. Hell, she’d have sold the Russians enough land down there to build a missile base & provided the uranium.
Lots of your comments are concise and accurate despite the fact that I disagree with you. This one missed by a mile. You can do better.

From what I’m reading, it’s your position that if Fred hires/appoints a person to a position and that hired/appointed person steals from the company, that it is Fred’s fault. Is my understanding of your logic correct?

I can’t speak for Jon, but I will say this – If Fred hires one guy that is corrupt, no that isn’t Fred’s fault. If Fred hires several people that are corrupt, or inept, or woefully unqualified, then yes that is Fred’s fault.

The phrase “lack of institutional control” comes to mind.

Well… kind of nailed it. We all work with Workers Comp, it’s one of those underwriting questions you see on supplementals all the time “Are supervisors held responsible for accidents?” It’s on there because people who are held responsible tend to care a little more. Clearly the man in charge doesn’t care in the slightest, because no matter what he does his fan-base has fanatical levels of devotion.

Yeah, see the republican politician who immediately threatened Beto with his AR15? Your side consists of lunatics and people who should not be in charge. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to know it’s massively illegal to threaten a person running for president.
How about the other article where we shut you down for being a racist, homophobe etc. and then you posted a bunch of garbage and got the article comments section shut down? Want to acknowledge any of those prior arguments? LOL

OOOO some people pleaded the fifth under Obama. Your president literally put children in cages in great numbers (don’t even follow with the BS about Obama doing it, we all know Trump changed the laws to make it happen in record numbers leading to the child camp hell we now have) got caught paying off a pornstar he had an affair with and lies through his teeth daily. You can literally bet in Vegas on how many lies his speeches will have, but you’re still trying to act like Obama didn’t do anything good. We weren’t a joke under Obama, for one. But I’m guessing you’re used to being treated like a joke, so maybe you just don’t care anymore.

I’m not sure why the comments calling you out for partisan behavior keep getting deleted. You repeatedly claim to be center-left but your actions all say right-wing. You call out left wing commenters for things you let right wing commenters pass on, even when the right-wing commenters are being horribly offensive, hypocritical or outright false. Your actions speak to the cowardice and hypocrisy of the right, even while you continue to claim to be left-leaning.

Andrew, yet you allow blatantly false statements in regards to the subject matter of the articles? It sounds like IJ is totally comfortable with the spreading of misinformation in regards to it’s article content, but pointing out that the information someone is posting is actually false isn’t allowed because it’s unrelated to the topic? I’m having difficulty following the logic. I get that sometimes my posts are targeting specific users, as their posts often target myself, but this particular instance is a head-scratcher.

I’m not going to click that link because it’s partisan nonsense generally, but your point on this article about FEMA officials is the father of a student killed in a massacre is pro gun. Is that it? This guy has written a book and is marketing it to the fox news crowd. It’s sad and desperate to use the death of a child to try and make your living as a novelist, but that’s all this is. It isn’t relevant to the conversation, the article or anything else. But hey, crazy is gonna crazy, right Jack?
