If I’m reading this correctly, Ben and Jerry’s thinks we should just moooooooove past this issue. I dunno, sounds like someone is milking this for all its worth. This will probably drag on until the cows get home, but in reality it’s total BULLSH-T.

    Moo.

Are these the same cows that tell us to eat more chicken? I smell collusion. Well, I smell something.

That is some seriously bad punnage. It takes true dedication to think of jokes that bad. I am in awe, and now I have new ones to lay on my kids …

Your compliment is well-received and I am humbled. I actually HAD to become a dad so I’d have an excuse for my jokes.

        Do have a great weekend.

I was looking for a copyright infringement from the California Dairy Association who uses the term “happy cows” in their advertisements, not some idled malcontent who has a ax to grind with the folks who voted against him in a gubernatorial primary.

Such a ridiculous lawsuit – it would be nice if plaintiff attorney and plaintiff were sanctioned for a frivolous lawsuit

The defense attorney is obligated by professional standards and ethical considerations to ask the judge to mooooove to dismiss the case.

How about we have the plaintiffs pay all court costs and then fine them?

I love the comment from B&J’s attorney – “The cow’s didn’t look happy to begin with.” At least someone still has a sense of humor!
