The sooner we get rid of this disaster, the better. Full of lies. You can keep your plan, you can keep your doctor, it will save the family of 4 $2,500.

    Excerpt:
Democrats are urging the justices to hold arguments during the last week of April — the court’s last scheduled week to hear cases — or during a highly unusual special sitting in May. Either approach would mean sharply expediting the briefing schedule, something the court is usually reluctant to do.

    Translation:
Dems know that if the ACA is invalidated as an unconstitutional act by a SCOTUS rejection or a hearing that results in upholding the lower court ruling, it is game over for their plan for MediCare 4 All (i.e. Medical Care For Few, Waits For Many, None for Some). Election campaigns will use as a platform either M4A or a privately run system where patients are free to choose their plan, their doctor, and can save money by buying only the coverages they want and need.

I will respond to claims by libs that millions of people will lose their coverage after they explain why MediCare coverage for millions was cancelled when ACA was implemented.

I wasn’t clear above about what the urgency of the Dems implies. They must believe ACA will survive a SCOTUS review, assuming CJ John Roberts will synthesize a reason ACA is Constitutional. Otherwise, they would prefer the issue remain in limbo until after 11/3 so they can make campaign ‘promises’ to fix it by implementing their lie, M4All.

at least they are not speaking out of both sides of their mouth saying they want to keep protections for existing conditions but at the same time fighting in court to remove those protections

Yes, that’s correct…. the first part. The second part is a separate issue tied to repeal. Thanks for the opportunity to clarify that myth.

That the Trump admin is currently in court suing to remove coverage for pre-existing conditions? That’s no myth.

Community rating and the ACA are not the same thing. Legal opinions and policy ideals are not either. It’s a strong leap to suggest beliefs about ACA constitutionality signal beliefs about efficacy of community rating, not that you’re the only one doing so by any means.

It would result over time in a 24% reduction in GDP! Winner! Everyone’s income goes down by 24%. Now, that sound like a good deal,no?

You didn’t hear that? Of course not. CNN was too busy giving Romney a coronation.

Nope. Not that page. This one:

            https://www.dailymail.co.uk/health/article-3677813/Smoking-cannabis-DOES-dampen-emotions-increases-risk-addiction-drugs.html

Since you claimed it was an invalid source (because you don’t like the conclusions), I did not respond to your trolling. I will no longer respond to your claims that I was ‘ghosting the conversation(s)’ because I was called out for being a liar.

You are a troll who refuses to accept studies that disprove your claim that marijuana is harmless and should be legalized because you are in denial of reality. You cannot have a civil conversation without making personal attacks, and cannot accept valid studies and your failures. So, there is no reason to continue discussions with you, and I laugh at your assertion that I ghosted a discussion because I was defeated and caught in a lie.

I disagree with you wholeheartedly Polar. You were caught lying on the articles in question, and people called you out. Once they provided evidence you left the conversation completely. In reality it is okay to be wrong as long as you can admit it yourself. That is what is called personal growth.

Additionally if you are not okay with Jon’s tactics (the same ones you used all the time in 2018), then stop reverting back to old polar who does nothing but personally attack people frequently (yes calling people trolls and changing their names to anything negative), you are using the same tactics.

            Have a nice busy day!

This presumes Dems don’t want the ACA to be ruled unconstitutional. If the priority was protecting the ACA, they would strike the individual mandate from the law and the court case dies.

“The New Orleans-based appeals court ruling threw out a provision that, as originally crafted, required people to acquire health insurance or pay a tax penalty. The Supreme Court in 2012 upheld this provision, known as the individual mandate, with Chief Justice John Roberts saying it was a legitimate use of Congress’s taxing power.”

The individual mandate’s efficacy to sustain the ACA ended in December, 2017. CJ of SCOTUS John Roberts will be unable to use it to IJUSTIFY (sic) upholding the ACA.

Remember when you tried to tell us 91% of Americans were more afraid of terrorism than climate change? And then when it was pointed out that your link was a garbage conspiracy theory site you claimed the poll it was based on “from January” was real but then it was ACTUALLY January 2016 and said no such thing as your ridiculous claim? Yeah. You’re full of it and everyone here knows it dude.
