Free market at work here: if you don’t have to bake a cake for a gay wedding, you don’t have to insure a company if you don’t want to.

100% correct. But you know, they did make that baker make a cake and fined other bakeries for not doing so. and make the boy scouts accept gay and transgender leaders, and certain businesses to accept things they find morally or religiously objectionable, etc. So I guess it’s the “progressive market” at work here. If you, however, believe in traditional marriage, think transgenderism is a difficult and complex personal issue and not a “right’ or generally believe in God, country, motherhood and apple pie, the market can fire, reject, cancel or otherwise destroy you.

The Boy Scouts are not-for-profit. No one is telling these private companies they can’t practice their moral beliefs, they are saying don’t discriminate in your business operations and practice your beliefs away from those transactions. I find it funny some of these people (not all, I said some) say they practice WWJD, then show up on the Capitol grounds with guns, gallows, and threats about killing politicians with whom they disagree. Not to mention Camp Auschwitz sweatshirts and beating a cop to death with the American flag. Anyone who acted in this way deserves all the consequences they face. And, for the record, I said the same about anyone who acted similarly in BLM or any other movement. Throw the book at them!
Clown warning. Let’s see you list the atrocious things worn and said (WWJD) at all of the “mostly” peaceful protests during the summer riots.
I won’t wait up. And no, you NEVER said the same about BLM. You NEVER cited the atrocious things they wore or used WWJD judgements. You never cited the horrible things said about killing politicians (Trump in particular) by the thugs who made up part of THOSE protests.
And what the hell does non-profit have to do with anything? Truly.
People are targeting anyone who worked with Trump (see Forbes magazine), they are talking about keeping them out of private sector jobs. They are dropping them off boards of directors and advisory boards. They are attacking them on social media.
Wake up. You want violence? Demean and target people for their political beliefs. You will get it.

I hear you, Rosenblatt. Not many want to do business with a seditionist family who incited an insurrection on The United States of America. PGA – check. Deutsche Bank – check. Bill Belichick – check. Most social media platforms – check. Now Aon – check. I think what businesses are realizing is they simply need to tell this family, no soup for you. Hopefully the Secret Service, his federal pension, and US politics in general follow suit.
Insurrection. Evidence: 1,000 out of 200,000. broke into the Capital building, horrifying nearly everyone in the country.
Was it planned? No. Was it organized? Obviously not. It was spontaneous and random and entirely a failure if “insurrection” was the goal. It was the most ridiculous insurrection in history, if it was an “insurrection”.
And citing all the cowards who are running from the PC madness isn’t evidence of anything other than group think.
How many brave corporations have denounced BLM for THEIR violence? Zero. Brave souls.

“Was it planned? No. Was it organized? No.”
Craig, the name of the protest was literally STOP THE STEAL. The protestors were led to believe since the election that somehow they would be able to overturn it, that Mike Pence could somehow stop the decertification, then he was thrown under the bus by the president which undoubtedly put his life in danger.
Even Dan Crenshaw has come out and said they were lied to into believing there was anything they could do to actually overturn the results of the election.
Seriously, what did you think would happen?
