We switched from Applied to EZL to get away from the Applied’s 1990s technology and very high costs. As we consider switching again, we’ll ask for pledges from the new vendors that they will refuse to sell to Applied for at least 10 years.
EZLynx was quite the braggard regarding their independence and umbrage to all the mergers/acquisitions when QQ Catalyst was bought out by Vertafore. We immediately switched from QQ Catalyst to EZLynx after Vertafore made it obvious their venture capitalist investors were more important than the consumers by biking us with bi-monthly billings to line the investors pockets for immediate remunerations at our expense. Now EZLynx is having to eat crow and I’m sure we’ll see the affects to our pockets.
