In the Mid-Atlantic, in May, we are still seeing 40 degree mornings.I don’t know what NOAA is seeing. This summer promises to be milder than the last two from what I am reading in the Mid-Atlantic. I will say the storms are getting bigger and more severe. I just happen to live in an area that seems to be protected from west to east storms. Sometimes we get slammed by nor-easters though.

I know what you mean. It was so hot this 45 degree morning. I was perspiring like there was no tomorrow.

Genius comment. So, the Mid-Atlantic is a small version of the rest of the world? You are confusing weather with climate. Crack a book, Copernicus.
