    So will the plaintiffs now knock at the door of the agents? Their plaintiff counsel alleging “You should have warned us or you promised us coverage (for a cause never seen or imagined before by any insured or the agency providing US coverage)?

    I am not sure how this will have any bearing as these allegations will likely be directed to questions of fact rather than black letter language.

      You know some bottom-feeder attorneys will try. At least the SCOTUS was able to take the wheels off their short bus.
