H.W. Kaufman Group Makes Promotions Across Executive and North American Teams
H.W. Kaufman Group, headquartered in Farmington Hills, Michigan, promoted 16 members of its executive and North American teams to new roles. The announcement follows the 2025 Kaufman Leadership Meeting in Detroit, Michigan, which brought together leaders from Kaufman companies worldwide. The promotions included:
- Christine Tricoli, promoted to group chief HR Officer and executive vice president; from group chief HR officer and senior vice president.
- David Janis, promoted to group general counsel and senior vice president; from group general counsel and vice president.
- Andy Wood, promoted to Burns & Wilcox senior vice president, professional liability; from Burns & Wilcox vice president.
- Kate Wright, promoted to Burns & Wilcox vice president and senior regional practice group leader (personal lines); from associate vice president and senior regional practice group leader.

Dallal Appointed EVP, Financial Lines, Howden US
Howden, with U.S. offices in Miami, Florida, appointed of Uri Dallal as executive vice president, financial lines, for its recently launched U.S. retail offering.
Dallal will form part of the U.S. financial lines management team, joining Howden from Aon, where he has spent the last 16 years, most recently as a managing director and New York market leader. Prior to that, he was a U.S. Regional leader in Aon’s Financial Services Group.
