I agree. Why are we wasting billions of dollars on a losing proposition. This city is drain on the national economy. If it weren’t for the offshore oil rigs, the city wouldn’t exist. It contributes NOTHING to the national economy. Most of the residents are indigent and on the dole. This has to be some political pork project. Taxpayers throughout the country need to organize and tell the idiots in government enough is enough.
