Bet the state does. The whole thing was corrupt to begin with. Take money from the insured to pay for the uninsured and then make YOU jump through hoops like trained dogs to get YOUR money back? I am wondering how to apply for citizen unclaimed property tax as suggested on channel 9 fox news. I have tried and tried I never receive a response, do I have a claim? I am told I must apply for my credit report in order to complete this process, is this really necessary. I had la citizen ins. during Katrina and after.

I did not have a fee for the rebate on my insurance declaration. I contacted my company and they state no fees were paid. Is this possible?
