Let me get this straight…Baldwin sold his shares because he wanted out of the company because he wouldn’t put up any more money, but after he got out, and Costner finally got a contract, then Baldwin sues, saying he wouldn’t have sold his shares if he knew that BP was going to buy the machines? This just sounds like Baldwin ain’t no businessman and should go back to Hollywood. Costner, on the other hand, had been in this business for years; I recall that this was the result of his experiences from filming “Waterworld”. Everyone laughed at him, but who’s laughing now? Baldwin wants to cash in, after he decided he wanted out? I hope the judge sees through this and Baldwin has to pay court costs, and he can then punch out his partner and attorney, to make himself feel better, cause his crying ain’t gettin’ it!
