I do not believe Knauf’s attorney has watched the Chinese Drywall case unfold in the same persective as plaintifs. Or maybe it’s just great legal defense to proclaim their was nothing your client could have done to limit this catastrofe that created such a loss for those involved. As one can attest, as lawyers were presenting the many fronts of defense homeowners were left to fen for themselves in which was an avoidable act in the manufactuer and distribution of contaminated drywall. First where were quality controls, second why was it covered up upon earlier findings of problems with the drywall in 2006. I think defense attorneys should sell their PR elsewhere cause I am not buying it.
