Justice for the claimant? $1000 each and then $6.6 million for the attorneys? Obscene!

Isn’t it? But at the end of the day, people will just keep blaming the Insurance Companies for the high rates.

It is a disgrace that the lawyers and administrators over these law suits keep ripping off the claimants. Why did they even sue if that is all we are able to get a 1000 dollars. Let Citizen keep the money if we are not going to get no more than that. Why send them to their reserves for the lawyers and administrative folk. Stop all those class action suits that make insurance cost rise and the companies still pass it to the consumers. It is shameful they use people in this manner. Legal Robbery.

attorneys that were representing my case have not done anything, which made me go and get all files and check myself with files being sent to supreme court and still no answer.this is very unprofessional in my opinion.people should stop dealing with La. Citizens Ins.
