“The Texas Board of Professional Engineers is investigating whether laws or rules regarding professional practices were broken over flaws that closed a $60 million high school football stadium.”

Uhhh, it’s the Texas Good Ol’ Boy system…of course rules were broken. But we made a lotta’ quick cash, didn’t we Billy Bob?

What part of dork do you understand for your goofy comments? I think this is a Products/Completed Operations claim and Professional Liability claim and all the parties involved do not have enough limits to pay this including the Bonding Company that wrote the bond.

$60 million, that’s ok. State Farm, Toyota ($10/hr jobs) and Hobby Lobby (will save on birth control) will be able to make the needed renovations. Shocked this stadium wasn’t built near a cliff, if it was, they could just push in over the edge and claim it under the military budget or charge $10/barrel of oil. Pray tell, just another story from a third world nation pretending it’s a first world nation. Viva Las Texico.

This is the same state government that believes we have to much regulation on fertilizer plants in Texas.

I’ve been so busy putting new oil business on the books in this awful state of Texas that I haven’t been reading the comments made by you ignorant, liberal idiots in a very long time. You’ve all digressed lower than I would have thought possible. Think I’ll go back to selling insurance. You people are vile, evil and your comments are disgusting. You’re a shame to the human race and you continue to put down Texas where most people still have a little character and morals. Gee.
