Too bad this fool didn’t move to Kansas (see other article on the stupid DUI). Could have kept on drinking and driving for another 13 years…

Ha!! I just said that!! Anddd if he lived in my great state of CT–
he never would’ve made it to the 2nd one!

“On July 1, Connecticut enacted a law that attempts to curb drunken driving and gives no second chances for first-time offenders.

The new state law requires all DUI offenders to install an ignition interlock device in their car. In 2012, Connecticut mandated only repeat offenders to install the device.

Connecticut joins 24 other states with the device for first time offenders.”

Kansas should send someone to Louisiana and adopt more harsh sentencing for these dufus drunks. At least, this is an appropriate sentence.

Sadly that particular DWI sentence is quite rare. Fines and reduced charges are the norm it seems; thus making reading of arrest reports saying things like,
“Dru N. Kendriver…. 4th offense DUI, Failure to Maintain Control, Open Container, License Revoked or Suspended, Vehicle Inspection Required, No Insurance, Plates Expired.”

We should cut Kansas some slack. After all, they did elect Kathleen Sebelius governor and they allowed the now infamous Tiller the baby killer to operate for many, many years.

We should cut Kansas some slack. They are the midwestern gateway to the south.
