Seriously? This family is really messed up. We were taught that you take responsibility for your actions and learn from the mistake. This kid has had his “oops” and should understand that his actions were inappropriate and since he continues poor behavior needs to pay the price.

I wonder about a Judge that would accept a non-medical diagnosis of affluenza as a defense.

So I’m guessing mommy told him to blow hundreds of dollars on hookers, grow a goatee, color said goatee and the hair on his head black, and hide out in a Mexican resort community. Yeah, absolutely. All mommy’s fault. Poor little guy.

I am guessing, but I think this kid may have been “entitled” from day 1.

They are both proven flight risks, so let’s cut the kid some slack. Boy are we in BIG trouble in this world!

Unfortunately, I’m betting many experts wouldn’t have thought an Affluenza Defense would have worked either.
